"I enjoy how cordial people are, and how approachable the administration is.
I pride myself on being reasonable, knowing what a difficult job all of the caregivers have. I try to work with their staff, knowing that the majority of caregivers take time with his wife. They're not perfect but I know that they respond quickly when something is brought to their attention.
I had some reservations about having my wife live at ShorePointe - how they would take care of her, how they would approach her, and how her adjustment to the facility would go. ShorePointe continues to meet my expectations for my wife's care. Their continued patience and kindness with my wife is vital and foremost.
I love the improvements they are making to the facilty - the surrounding grounds, entrance and garden areas are beautiful. I enjoy the times my wife and I are able to sit outside, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
I would recommend ShorePointe over any other facility, for someone requiring long-term care (like my wife). No place will ever equal their home environment; this is the place to be if you need a high level of support and care.
