Chef John Stephanian brought his flavorful talents to Woodward Hills for a sumptuous lunch buffet that delighted residents. Schooled at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and specializing in the world-famous Cordon Bleu technique, Chef Stephanian composed a Continental menu that showcased his considerable talents. In the sun drenched dining room, with bouquets of overflowing sunflowers and bright lemon slice accents on the buffet table, residents savored a singular experience of culinary decadence.
